Question: Can I combine quick-ship products with regular products on the same order?
Answer: Sorry, but no. If you would like to order both a quick-ship item and a regular delivery item, we’ll have to place two separate orders.
Question: I ordered 12 chairs which the catalog says ships via UPS. However, your salesperson said they are coming via truck. Why is that?
Answer: When an order reaches a certain weight, it is more economical to ship it via truck than parcel service. The manufacturer makes this calculation and will send it via the most economical route.
Question: I saw chairs in the quick ship section of your catalog, yet when I ordered them, the lead time is longer than 4 days. Why?
Answer: Most of the items found in the quick ship section are unassembled or RTA. Buying the assembled version adds a few days to the shipping time.
Question: When I opened my order I found that it is damaged. What happened, and what should I do?
Answer: Unfortunately, sometimes items do get damaged in transit. If this is the case, you only have to do three things: 1) save all of the packing materials, 2) call the local office of the carrier to report the damage, and 3) call CFD. Since all freight is pre-paid by the customer, we will replace the damaged part and initate a freight claim for the manufacturer.
